Please wear long-sleeved rash guards, leggings, long pants such as trekking pants, and hats that you can get wet.

A material that dries quickly is good.

If you have my boots, it is safer to wear my boots that fit your feet perfectly.

 

・ On the day of the tour, you will be able to leave smoothly if you change your clothes in advance and then gather .

 

・ Please bring your own drinking water. * You can drink a lot of water, but if you are not used to it, you should boil it.

 

・ It is convenient to have a small backpack.
